You seem to have a lost airplane flying around in the Indian Ocean (note it's the INDIAN Ocean, not American Ocean), I would be happy to send you directions on how it can find it's way home.

Hey, is that a Canadian fleet in Alaska? Really? Canada invaded the US on the first turn? Would the US like to make a statement to the international community?

You must be right Tom: Canadians are just too nice to invade a country like that, right?

That's actually pretty interesting stuff! And what an idiotic idea!
Read it and follow his lack of logic

* He attacks the US after hearing of any possible US invasion plans. His idea is to put the Americans on their asses while Canada awaits British reinforcements.

ok, but what if this rumor they hear of turns out to be false?

ok, lets say they do manage to strike first and the rumor was real.
The plan sends Canadian troops right into the areas where Americans were to strike from themselves, wouldn't they be greatly outnumbered by American forces waiting to attack themselves? If the plan was to strike and cripple those forces by catching them unaware...hey, maybe!? But that was not the plan! And he wants to wait for the Brits but has no plans on defending the Atlantic!? This was 1930, the British help would require a landing point and this guy allows the Americans to choke that off!
He has no idea the British already have no desire to get into such a no win fight?

...What a foolish foolish "plan" but it's a fun read, something I never heard of before!

And what was that guy's name again? The Canadian who planned to invade the US? Fishlinger, no, that's not it. Ah, yes, it was Lingfish.
