Just tried to reply to a topic in the political discussion section which i set up a couple of weeks ago. Just a couple of paragraphs, nothing unusual. It wouldn't post, and gave me the following messge:

it is not allowed to type with nearly all uppercase letters in topic title!

i didn't even have a "topic title" as it was a reply to a pre-existing thread, and there weren't many upper case letters. Anyone else have this problem?

Edit:
then i tried to reply to this post, noting that it had changed every capital letter i typed to lower case unless it was at the start of a sentence. Guess what? It wouldn't let me reply, with the same reason above given, so i'm editing this one instead. Looks like a problem in need of fixing.
