: T1: Brent and Tim already spending wear. Will mis-plots, forgetting to use all of his start speed.

: T2: Will gets inside of Don for a wear.

: T3: Cascades collects the chasers. This is a very interesting corner.

: T4: Don late brakes. Lots of wear thrown at Cascades by the chasers.

: T5: Brent clears the Shell hairpin. Don pushes his engine.

: T6: So much wear, so many dice! No damage... yet.

At this point in the evening, Tabletop crashes on us multiple times. We decide to postpone the race and look for a mutual time to reconvene. Unfortunately, we end up with two drivers in conflict, so...

Stephen P. jumps in the cockpit for Scott.
Chris K. takes over the wheel for Don.

: T9: Brent clears Knickerbrook but Tim won't fall too far back with the increasing speeds in the corner.

: T10: Brent pushes the hamsters. Andrew spends two in Hislop's.

: T11: Chris pushes and picks up the slip from Kevin. Both spend big in Druid's. Not a bad place to fly through at high speeds if you're gonna get hung!

: T12: Andrew spends to get position on Mike.

: T13: The leaders shred tires in Lodge. Kevin damages the brakes - oh no! Chris finds a cubby-hole. Mike late brakes after pushing to 180 (he wanted that run-off lane).

: T14: The leaders are into lap 2 and Old Hall. Lodge takes out more wear from the chasers.

: T17: Tim takes the lead! Kevin's brakes fail and he is forced to pull off. An early night for the veteran. Stephen & Andrew late brake.

: T18: Stacked & packed in front of Shell. Jason scrubs two through Cascades while Stephen late brakes (he did this a lot).

: T19: The hairpin creates some havoc - the brake lights come on.

: T20: Andrew scrubs two, it's brakes for Jason, and Paul pushes the powerplant.

: T21: The dice turn brutal: Chris AND Andrew damage their brakes.

: T22: Jason pulls off the forced pass on a blocking Stephen, with the latter taking a wear of damage! Paul goes to the chance table with his red chip - he's through!

: T23: Chris & Stephen drop two in Hislop's. Andrew late brakes.

: T24: Brent gets the hamsters moving extra fast. Stephen late brakes because that's what Stephen does.

: T25: The chasers are lined up coming out of Druids. The backmarkers are stacked in front of it.

: T26: Brent over-brakes. Tim finds the cubby-hole.

: T27: Brent starts the third lap. Tim, Chris, & Stephen shed two in Lodge. Jason is in the pocket.

: T28: Tim spends two in Old Hall and will over-take Brent. Mike flies into Old Hall at 160 and will do the same.

: T29: Mike has the lead but is off-line. Andrew nudges the engine to hit Old Hill at 160. Stephen also sees the advantage of knocking down two in Old Hill.

: T30: Those damnable dice - Tim and Mike take brake damage. Brent, however, late brakes with style. Paul, our rookie friend from Down Under must depart. Bravo for being a great sport as he learns both CFR and Tabletop!

: T31: Cascades takes off some wear but you can tell we're a little less free with it.

: T32: Brent to hamsters: FASTER!

Ooops... another missed turn marker at T35!

: T33: Brake lights come on at the hairpin from Brent & Will. Most drivers are rolling naked at this point.

: T34: Mike tussles with Tim at the front.

: T35: Will, who is quietly having a good race, spends a wear. I (Mike) think I should have forced Tim off-line here. Might've been different...

Yet another missed turn marker... too much going on to worry about that, I guess.

: T36: Brent skirts around Mike. Jason is biding his time.

: T37: Chris spins in Hislop's!

: T38: Brent surges ahead again. Stephen dumps two in Knickerbrook.

Ok, seriously? Another turn marker mishap?!

: T39: Tim tries to catch Brent and crashes in Druid's!

: T40: Chris crashes in Knickerbrook!

: T41: 1) Brent 0w; 2) Will 1w; 3) Mike 0w; 4) Stephen 3s; 5) Andrew 0w; 6) Jason 2w+3s

: T42: Brent spins on the outside of Lodge. Mike moves into the pocket at 120 and fails his brake test - out of the race. Will spends his last wear and blocks the line. Stephen late brakes to 80. Jason has initiative, late brakes to 120, and passes a chance roll to take the lead! Andrew late brakes to clear. Wow!
