The next phase of Chancellorsville is the Autumn retreats:

German fleet Sweden can retreat to Baltic, Skagarak or OTB
German fleet Denmark can retreat to Heliogoland, Baltic, Skagarak or OTB

The Winter Adjustments may be adjudicated with the Autumn if the Building/removing powers send in orders marked final. (provisional orders are also acceptable.

Russia can build three units
Italy can build 1 unit
Germany must remove two units unless one or both fleets are retreated OTB.

The deadline for Autumn 1908 will be Thursday the 3rd of November at 8-00 pm AEDT

We have a problem.

Germany has not sent in any retreats. This is now the second deadline that he has missed.

As he is facing two disbands anyway, I think it best to not delay the game.

So the two German fleets retreat OTB.

If I don't hear from quipwitted I think it best to simply put Germany into Civil Disorder. It seems ridiculous to delay the game for a one centre power.

I am ccing this message to Randy. If anyone objects to my decision, please feel free to message me and I will rethink the situation. Randy, if there is some rule that I am breaking, can you please let me know.

Quipwitted, if you write to me I am happy to keep you in the game.

If there is no objection to my proposed course of action, the next phase of Chancellorsville will be Winter builds 1908.

Because of the delaqys this week, I will swet the deadline for Spring 09 for Wednesday the 9th of Nov. But if everyone sends in orders marked, "Final" by Tuesday the 8th, then I'll madjudicate on Tuesday to bring us back to schedule.
