Comments?

As for me, I found Fetterman to be incoherent. Any candidate who starts with "Good night, everybody" is showing some cognitive issues.

He's recovering from a stroke and will get better. That was a verbal processing error--he knew the debate had just started. Things will have to get rewired in his brain to get around the damage. Dr. Oz is such a poor candidate and the further damage Republican control of Congress will do to our democracy and country makes any concern about this issue a non-starter to me and I hope the majority of Pennsylvanians.

Do you think, Freeman, that Fetterman is the best candidate that the Democratic party of PA could be put forth? I think Dr. Oz is not the best of the Republican candidates available either.

Sadly, here we are.

I do see the prediction you made in the other forum, Freeman. I see you and I are polar opposite in our predictions.

It will be interesting to see who is closer...

Well, Dems nominated him. A change now would give the election to Oz.
And he connects well with working-class voters. Other members of Congress who have had strokes have been able to do their job.

At the end of the day, he had the guts to do the debate, let the voters see his disability, and the voters will weigh things and decide what choice is best for them.

That's democracy.

Agreed. His party nominated him. It is on them.

Well, it looks like Fetterman won.

Any comments on Fetterman's capabilities after 4 months?

I think my first statement is still standing true.

These aren't normal times. A sitting member of Congress--MTG-- advocated secession today probably because that's what Russia wants her to do. The Republican Party has been corrupted by Russia and is willing to maintain power through undemocratic means. Therefore Fetterman getting elected was far more better for our country than Dr. Oz getting elected ( who probably ran for Senate due to foreign influence). It's pretty much that simple.

What is your evidence of either person being corrupted by Russia? I do not advocate with MTG concerning a “divorce”. There are “wackadoodles” on each side.

If you have evidence, please link it(from a reputable source, of course).

Has there been anything from previous collusion allegations? I am sure President Trump would have been found guilty if there was anything. The news would be full of all the proof.

No Russia collusion? Trump just happens...for some reason no one knows why...to hire Paul Manafort--the guy who worked for Putin's pawn in Ukraine who got forced out-- to run his campaign and Manafort then shared polling data with a Ukaine associate that is believed to have been given to Russian intelligence services.

Of course I don't know that Russia wanted Greene to say that. So I guess ill withdraw that. But she did vote against sanctions on Russia. Why? Why did Republican congressman go to Moscow on July a few years back? Why are so many Republicans lukewarm on supporting Ukraine?

If you don't realize that Russia has been trying to manipulate American politics to become more isolationist so that they will have a freer hand to expand their influence in Europe I don't know what to tell you. But that influence has also chipped away at our democracy. See Jan. 6th.

For every Greene, there is a Hunter.

If you have evidence, I would love to hear that.

I think it's a bit low to criticise someone with post-stroke depression.

I must disagree with your premise, Danivon. I am NOT criticizing Mr. Fetterman.

I am concerned about his capability as a Senator of the United States. Perhaps you think he meets the minimum needed capabilities. I do not.

I have a higher standard, I guess. If an employee is unable to do the job, they need to be replaced. That would be Republican, Democrat, Libertarian or Socialist.
