I certainly "get" why the stuff is limited and am "ok" with the limit. However, that being said, wouldn't it make a LOT of sense to allow big purchases and then track these people down? These dumb asses would be leaving a trail of bread crumbs right to their lab!

Now we force them to do what they probably should be doing all along to make it hard to find them. We simply made tracing these people all the more difficult haven't we?
