Hands over eyes. Hands over ears. Well done.
Partial birth abortion is both illegal and before made illegal was only 0.17% of abortions. Very, very rare.
Right, but the question was dodged. Do you support the procedure?
There is no such thing as baby surviving an abortion.
Really? Want to bet? Name your price.
In responses from 38 attorneys general to date, not one AG office provided evidence that it has ever had cause to prosecute a physician for delivering and then killing a viable fetus, indicating that this notion—that there are multiple cases of fetuses surviving an abortion, only to be killed by a doctor—is a confection of the anti-choice camp, designed to replace fact-based arguments with the lowest form of fear-mongering.

You should change your screen name to "easily duped." That website is for "Reproductive & Sexual Health and Justice," but you couldn't even bother to think for a moment that it
might be skewed? Did they way they framed the issue not clue you in? ". . . prosecut(ing) a physician for delivering and then killing a viable fetus . . ." is not what I asked. Even so, in the paragraph above the one you cited, we find this:
The answers provided by states show that Gosnell was, in fact, a rogue provider, and that there is no evidence of a pattern of infants being “born alive” after an abortion, much less of doctors killing infants in those circumstances. (Pennsylvania’s attorney general told RH Reality Check that it did not have a copy of what it had sent to the House Judiciary Committee, or whether it had in fact replied to the committee’s inquiry.)
Why was that? Because Gosnell DID kill babies who survived abortions. But, there are more who survive them.
Babies sometimes do survive abortions:The federal government confirms a large number of babies survive failed abortions. In 2011, the CDC recorded 1,298 cases of infant death in the U.S. due to “Other perinatal conditions,” which includes ICD-10 category P96.4, death subsequent to a failed “termination of pregnancy.”
Here are stories from survivors:

http://liveactionnews.org/report-tells- ... abortions/For the record, Fate, I believe in the right of women, in consultation with their doctor, to choose abortion before the 22nd week or so... I would prefer that women had access to freely available birth control, and that all young people had comprehensive educations about sexuality before they became sexual active ...
After one abortion, what would you think? They already know what causes pregnancy and how to avoid it, which, even in the US, costs pennies per day.
(Abortion) was a hard won right.
Not really. It was "sued" into existence.
Making abortion illegal doesn't end abortions, it only endangers women. In order to limit abortions, effective prevention is the best option.
Odd, I didn't call for making it illegal.
