Harley scrapes off two more tires at 140 through the Bend.
Hoyt pulls up to the Bend at 140 on the line.
McConchie moves into 2nd place at 160 as he dives inside. Bernhardt sets up the line at 140.
Schultz picks up a spot at 140 and the bonus. Marshall tucks in on the #43 at 160.
MacDonald hits the gas and rifles down the Brabham straight at 160 w/ wear already paid. Schipper recovers from his spin at 40.
Moratto burns a wear at 120 in the Clark middle. Blanchett drops a wear at 100 on the inner rail.
Moore sheds a tire at 100 as he races down Clearways.

Turn 12 Summary
Harley releases two more wear to clear Druids on the line at 100. It's a three lap race, Russ!
McConchie drops a wear in the Paddock Bend at 100 and sets up the next line. Hoyt runs the Bend on the line at 100 for free.
Schultz burns a wear on the inside at 100 and has position on the #24. Bernhardt runs the line at 100 for free.
At 120, Marshall goes outer rail for a wear. MacDonald clears Paddock Hill at 100 on the line.
Moratto sprints down Brabham Straight at 160 (no line requested). Schipper pushes his engine to 100 (natural 7).
Blanchett pulls even with the red machine at 140. Moore takes the inside of Clark for free at 80.

Another spin, this time in Druids!
Turn 13 Summary
Harley slows his roll to 80 and conserves wear on the Graham Hill line. McConchie clears Druids on the line at 80 for a one wear deduction.
Hoyt gets the initiative at 100. With his desired route blocked, he grabs the dice cup for two wear and a chance roll w/ 2s on the inside (modified 7). He can't quite keep his grip and goes round & round. Schultz, at 80, goes middle lane for two wear and enough speed to clear Druids.
Bernhardt, at 100, has to go to Plan 'C': outer rail for two wear. Marshall dives into Druids on the line at 100 and scrubs two wear.
MacDonald grabs the Druids line at 80. Moratto careens around Paddock Hill at 120 on the inside rail. He burns two wear and has inside position on the #18.
Schipper rounds Paddock on the line at 140 for two wear. Blanchett, also at 140, gets pushed to the outside and knocks down two wear.
Moore uses his hefty engine to hit 160 and joins his fellow racers in lap 2.

Turn 14 Summary
Harley is back to shredding his tires. He knocks off one at 100 on the Surtees line.
McConchie clips a tire at 100 in the Graham Hill. Schultz eases his way around the Bend at 80 for free.
Bernhardt gets pushed to the outer rail in the Hill Bend at 100 for a wear. Marshall anticipates the traffic and slows to 80. He grabs the line.
Hoyt recovers from his spin at 40.
MacDonald has the initiative at 100 to burn two wear on the Druids line. He sets up the next line with a nod to the #24 for keeping his route open. Moratto sheds two tires at 80 on the inside.
Schipper grabs the dice cup at 100 and dives to the inside of Druids (natural 9). He gives up two wear and puts the car into a spin. Blanchett sets up on the inside before Druids at 80.
Moore runs the Paddock Hill Bend on the line at 120 for a wear.

Turn 15 Summary
Harley finishes out Surtees at 100. McConchie clears Surtees on the line at 80.
Schultz moves into 2nd place as he bumps two wear on the Surtees 60 spot at 100. Bernhardt finishes the Bend at 100 and dives to the inside.
Marshall conserves wear at 80 on the Graham Hill line.
MacDonald has the initiative at 100, clips a tire on the line, and has position on the #22. Moratto burns a wear at 80 via the 60 and ends on the outer rail.
Hoyt, at 100 and with the end of the line blocked, goes outer rail on the Graham Hill for a wear. Schipper recovers from his spin at 40.
Blanchett clears Druids on the inside at 40. Moore also clears at 80 on the line for a wear.

Harley is through Hawthorns at 120 for free.
McConchie gets the initiative at 160 after putting 2s into the dice roll (modified 9) and sets up the line. Schultz tucks in at 140.
Bernhardt tosses two wear in Surtees at 100.
MacDonald follows the black machine at 100 and sheds two wear. Marshall runs the Surtees line for free at 80.
Moratto clears Surtees on the line at 80. Hoyt, at 100, finds his preferred path blocked. His personal prefs have him clearing the corner for two wear on the inside (along with gaining two positions).
Schipper conserves wear at 80. Moore gets the initiative at 100. He burns two wear in the Graham Hill and moves out of last place. Blanchett clears the Bend at 80.

McConchie runs the Hawthorns line at 120 for free. Schultz challenges at 120 and the bonus.
Bernhardt is clear of Hawthorns at 120. MacDonald takes the slip and goes outer rail at 120.
Hoyt grabs the Hawthorns line at 140. Marshall, also at 140, has inside position.
Moratto tucks in on the #24 at 140.

Thank you for your patience. The hardest thing about attending WBC is wrenching yourself back into regular life afterwards.
There is a correction on the track - I failed to remove two wear from Skip's car (#1) in T14. That has been remedied.
Turn 18 Summary
Harley is in front of Stirlings at 120.
McConchie & Schultz zigzag through several corners at 140 apiece and maintain relative position.
Bernhardt keeps up with the leaders at 140. MacDonald over-plots 140 and is replotted to 120 (cannot increase speed in a corner & use additional wear on the first space entered).
Hoyt gets the initiative at 140. Feeling lucky, he grabs the dice cup and rolls naked chance (natural 4). Lucky he is! Marshall rounds Hawthorns on the inside at 100.
Moratto runs the Hawthorns line at 120 for free and gets the bonus. He tucks in behind the #18.
Moore pulls up to Hawthorns on the line at 160.
Schipper picks up his speed to 120 w/ wear already paid. Blanchett misses the memo and plots 100.

McConchie sheds a wear at 100 and has contact with the race leader. Schultz stays alongside at 100, also ditching a wear.
Bernhardt pulls up to Stirlings at 120.
MacDonald burns a wear in Westfield at 160. Hoyt tucks in on the black machine at 140.
Moratto pulls even with the blue racer at 140 and the bonus. Marshall keeps the pace at 140 and the slipstream.
Moore clips a tire at 140 on the Hawthorns line. Schipper, also at 140, does the same.
Blanchett readies the Hawthorns line at 100.

A new race leader and one unlikely to give it back. Also, a couple of drivers got caught up in the Saturday deadline (and no reminder - thanks, Covid) with NPR's. Finally, in case you're wondering about Jason's landing spot, I follow plots as close to the letter as I can even if those plots are based on faulty assumptions
Turn 20 SummaryHarley clears Clark in the middle at 100 for free.
McConchie goes outer rail at 120 and burns a wear. Schultz sheds two tires at 120 as he goes inner rail. He then attempts to get to the outside for reasons unknown.
MacDonald has the initiative at 100. He tosses in a skill chip and grabs the dice cup for a chance roll (modified 6). Somehow he keeps the car on the track! Bernhardt takes an RM plot of 80 for free (NPR #1: Warning).
Hoyt tosses a wear at 100 through Stirlings. Moratto, also at 100, burns off some speed on the outer rail and loses a wear.
Marshall keeps up with the pack at 100 for a wear. Moore punches through Westfield at 160 for a wear.
Schipper takes an RM Plot of 140 (NPR #2: 1w penalty). Blanchett scrubs a wear at 140 on the Hawthorns line.

Turn 21 Summary
Schultz starts lap three in the lead at 140. He opts for the inside.
McConchie gets the initiative at 160 and grabs the Paddock Hill line. Harley sets up a three-wide at 140 and the bonus.
MacDonald conserves wear at 100, taking the middle lane through Clark.
Hoyt has the initiative at 100. He goes middle for free and tucks in behind the #18. Bernhardt, at 80, starts on the inner rail before getting pushed out to the middle.
Moratto punches it to 140, careening around Clarks for two wear. Marshall gets hung in Clarks at 100 but he can accelerate out with the changing corner speeds.
Moore rubs off a wear at 100 through Stirlings. Schipper tries to rocket through Stirling at 140 with two wear and the dice cup (natural 8). He loses control and will have to right his machine next turn.
Blanchett keeps it steady at 140.

Turn 22 Summary
Schultz rounds Paddock Hill at 120 on the inner rail for two wear. McConchie goes next, also at 120 He runs the line and nicks a tire. Harley is last from the row at 100. He moves his car to the outer lane for free.
MacDonald mashes the gas and, at 160, grabs the Paddock line. Moratto also hits 160 and sits on the rail.
Hoyt, at 140 and the bonus, tucks in on the M&M's Toyota. Bernhardt tries to give his car a nudge to 140 w/ 1s (modified 10) but the engine spits out some smoke instead. At 120 and the bonus, he gets in the line on the outside.
Marshall is out of Clark at 140. Moore clears Clark on the inside at 80.
Schipper recovers from his spin at 60. Blanchett knocks down two wear at 120 and moves out of last place.
