I didn't bother putting Delay Markers on him since they only go up to 8 anyway. Also, everything
he possesses (including that money bag) are available. The process for picking them up is the same
as if the hex were unoccupied. Also I won't be drawing the 3 SERIOUS cards for him next turn, no
point and the rules don't specify.
