Teaching moment: The card draws for El Jefe going up the hill are done in this order:
First card for Slope Hexside, this caused a DROP penalty. The next 3 cards resolve
the DROP. Finally the second card for the Slope hexside. In pbm and pbem, all penalties
are resolved fully the moment they happen. In the case of multiple penalties, such as
being shot, the penalties are resolved fully in the order they are listed on the Impact
Table. In this case, since all cards drawn were Delay cards, it really doesn't matter.
But there are situations when card draw order can make a difference. This was the easiest
way we came up with to make sure both players resolved penalties the same way in pbm.
Note: El Jefe played 5 time segments when he started with 1 delay. This is perfectly legal
and I will never question a turn like that. The extra actions are simply cancelled.
Also note: I noted aim on the board because the Aim Markers in the original Vassal module
are generic. Since the new version shows the character number on the Aim Marker, I will
no longer note aim in the "End of Turn" section.
We are slammed at work so in all likelihood all 3 turns next week will be about 2 hours
late. The deadlines will not change.

Teaching moment: Execution of an action is determined at the time the card is revealed. The first execution listed for Yankee's aim was to aim at Texas. As Texas is a lower character than Yankee, he revealed his Run and announced he would be moving out of Yankee's Aim Zone before Yankee's aim action was revealed.
