Will made some notes for his C3 group, and being lazy, I will now paste them here for you:

Turn 1: Third Lane Slows from 120 to 60 in last space
Turn 2: Third Lane Slows down from 100 to 60 in second space.
Turn 3/4: At the crossover, 100/80 lanes goto 60, 60 lane goes to 80
Turn 5/6: At the Crossover, lanes swap speeds
Bridge: 1 Lane at 60, like Singapore. Keep in mind!
Turn 8: Second lane slows from 100 to 60 in last space.
Turn 10: Green Line, so a driver could go 200 for free following the line.

Builds will be due Monday, 18 January @ 5 PM ET (US). Bids will be due Wednesday, 20 January @ 5 PM ET (US), with lights out (first plot) due Friday, 22 January @ 5 PM ET (US).
