This is a crazy takedown.

USA Junior wrestler Ellis Coleman has brought serious recognition to his school, Northern Michigan University.

At the Junior World Championships, Coleman pulled off one of the greatest mat wrestling moves in the history of the Greco-Roman wrestling. The sport is thousands of years old, but I’m not sure if this difficult move has ever been executed so perfectly.

Coleman went flying over Mehdi Chooli Zeidvand of Iran with a move he has dubbed “The Flying Squirrel." The Iranian wrestler doesn’t know what hit him. Zeidvand freezes and is at the mercy of his opponent because he is so surprised by what's happening.

This move is absolutely astonishing. Everything they teach you in wrestling is about staying low and keeping a solid base. Years of practice and experience cannot prepare you for a man jumping over you while pinning you to the ground.

It is worth 10 seconds of your life. I promise--or your money back.

I was all set to say the Savage Elbow Drop or Christopher Daniel's BME...

Pretty cool video, anyway
