Here is a good link for how to make the Pimms drinks. The "Classic Early 20th Century" is probably the most common one.

Well, no, I guess not.

While I don't have any likelihood of tasting that particular winning whisky, I do have a lovely bottle of Yamakazi 18 - and it does compare well to the best Scotches.

To really annoy the Scots, though, the highest placed British whisky in the list was English. :grin:

I don't seek out gin often but had this local one come up on clearance for the singles so picked up a few and was quite impressed. Many smaller distilleries popping up and doing a smash up job of it.
