Starting GridWear counts for the start of the race:
Chris K - 19
Jim M - 19
Curtis - 15
Tim B - 19
Tim K - 24
James - 24
Chris L - 21
(Just a quick note about the screenshots. Curtis is playing purple, but I neglected to remember to change the player board or wear board labels, so he's using the spots labeled for Josh. I apologize again to Curtis about this, I just was setting up the track late the night before and didn't realize my mistake until it was too late.)

Turn 2Tim B spends out to clear the first corner with the leaders, and Curtis flies into the turn on the line, but doesn't quite finish it. (He spent two wear here mistakenly, planning ahead for next turn)

Turn 3Tim leveraged his bigger car to get the jump on Jim. Now with nowhere to go, Jim misses out on the slip. James finishes the corner, while Chris L runs on Curtis' line.

Turn 10The leaders race down the straight while Tim K and Chris L utilize slips to finish out corner 5. Jim M has fallen off the leaders' scent, and poor Curtis has fallen behind the chase pack.

Turn 11Tim B lines up in front of the chicane, while Chris K slows down to give him breathing space.
Behind them, Chris L plans to leverage his better top speed to plot 200 and fly past James and Tim, then fly into the chicane at speed to catch the leaders. Before rolling he spends 2S and announces that he's tired of his car blowing up on the first lap (like the last two races) so he's spending extra skill and only a boxcars can stop him. He promptly rolls boxcars.
Thus ends Chris L's race once again. He will only ever gain one position from here, due only to more terrible dice rolling from another racer.

Turn 12Chris K letting Tim B have the chicane without a fight hasn't seemed to work out for him, because Tim isn't handing out slips. Jim M is tired of being left out, and so spends through the chicane to catch up. The chase pack lines up ahead of the chicane.

Turn 13Tim B and Chris K finish out the last corner, but Jim doesn't quite make it. Chris L saves wear, allowing James the second spot ahead of the final corner. Curtis runs up to the chicane.
