Turn 29Tim K and Tim B both head into the corner for a wear (Tim B using a double slip from James to do so).

Turn 30Chris K and Fabio both plot 160 into corner 2, so Fabio is forced to late-brake. The dreaded roll of 11 shows itself again and Fabio breaks his brakes, so he decides to take it easy and sits outside behind Chris K.

Turn 31The chase pack has finally caught up to the leaders. Can they push through the slow corners in the middle of the track?

Turn 32Tim B overplots at 120 and then late-brakes ahead of the corner to steal the line from Tim K. Fabio is keeping hope alive with his 20 brakes.

Turn 34Chris K slow plays it to save precious wear while Fabio spends his last chips on a chance roll around the outside. Tim B is stuck with nowhere to go.

Turn 35Chris K is the only one through corner 6 this turn, while others play out the same drama a turn back.

Turn 37Tim K decided he had enough of slow corners and turns on the gas. There's no room at the inn, though, so he force passes his way through Fabio. His thinking being that Fabio wouldn't block because he's out of wear. Well wrong! Fabio does block, so Tim needs an unmodified 6 or better, which he makes. However, the natural 3 means Fabio loses a wear. Having none, he spins in place. This is the end for Fabio.

Turn 42Tim K jumps to 200 to beat out Tim B who maxes out at 180 and lines up behind him. Chris K misses his accel roll and so has to settle for 160 and two slips to line up beside Tm B. Finally James makes his accel roll and with the two slips from Tim K he winds up jumping into second.
Chris L is through the final corner, while Fabio successfully over brakes to make it through the corner for free. This will be our finish.
