Anyone else play Go? I've been playing with a fellow Redscaper from NZ on this server called OGS. You can set games up either "correspondence" (turn-based) or "live" games. They've recently updated the site and it's great. I've set up a Maryland Go Players group, but so far there is only one other group member. :(

If you ever get on OGS, I'm jimhackermp. Feel free to challenge me to a game, especially if you're a newcomer to Go. (Though I think I might rename the "Maryland Go Club", "The Army of the Potomac" just for giggles and it sounds much cooler, and the fact that we own the entire river, anyway  )

My 3rd year Bachelor's degree project (Comp Sci) was based on building a system that could be used for joseki tutorials.

My programme sucked and I never learnt more than the basic rules of Go though (tried online once and got absolutely mashed!)
