Turn 10

Westeros 1: Mustering - Muster new Units in Cities and Strongholds.
westeros 2: Game of Thrones - Areas containing the power symbol provide Power. Ports with a ship gain power if their are no enemy ships in the adjacent sea area.
Westeros 3: Punish the Guilty - The holder of the VSB may choose Storm of Swords (Defense orders may not be played during this Planning Phase.), Swing the Sword ( Execute Hostages, March +1 orders may not be played during this Planning Phase.) or Nothing at All.

Baratheon:
Raid in Shipbreaker Bay cancels raids in The Narrow Sea and East Summer Sea.

Greyjoy publicly denies all involvment with bandits in the area around stoney sept and secretly sends out orders to them to lay low and not raid anything.
Since that takes away the last interesting raid in play, I suppose we can go on to matching

Raid West Summer Sea has no valid Target.
