Builds are in!

Not many duplicates (Beckman & Ling; Harley & Brandt) and lots of variety. Six (!) cars vying from the front with 100 start speeds. Only two looking to race from the back with 20's. The 20's went with big engines while only one car built a putt-putt.

Start bid deadline: Wednesday, February 14th @ 8 a.m. EST (1 p.m. GMT).

Bids are in and there was quite a competition for the front. Several tie-breakers needed.

Please double check the wear/skill deductions. I was in a bit of a hurry this morning.

Turn 1 Deadline: Friday, February 16th @ 8 a.m. EST (1 p.m. GMT)

Edit: Welage's skill should read 2x1, not 7x1. Will correct on Turn 1.

The green flag drops and we're off!

Harley runs out to the lead by pushing to 120 with 2s (modified 5). He grabs the green line in front of Nordcurve. Welage, at 100, eschews the green line to set up the slip on the #27 and sits on the inside red line.

Coming out of row 2, Brandt goes to the dice cup with 2s (mofidied 3) and, at 120, takes the open green line. Marvin, at 100, tucks in behind purple Ford on the line.

Swaine has the initiative out of row 3 and, at 100, grabs the tailpipe on the Furniture Row Toyota. Long kicks in 2s on the start roll (modified 5) to go 80. He continues the conga line on the outer rail.

Beckman runs out of row 4 with the initiative at 60. Rando shakes the dice cup with 2s at 40 (modified 2) and tucks in behind the Pennzoil car.

Snouffer has the initiative out of row 5 at 100 and slides in front of the #22. Ling pushes to 80 with his big chip (modified 0) and boxes in the yellow Ford.

Harrington plots 80 by going to the dice cup with 2s (modified 6) and grabs the tailpipe on the #2. Tatum pushes to 40 on the start with 2s (modified 6) and will have some clean air for a bit.

Turn 2 Deadline: Monday, February 19th @ 8 a.m. EST (1 p.m. GMT).

The field bunches up in front of the Einfahrt Parabolika (I looked that one up - einfahrt means 'entrance' and has nothing to do with passing gas ).

Turn 2 Summary

Harley runs the Nordkurve green line at 140 before pulling up to Einfahrt in the middle lane.

Welage takes the inner line at 140 for a wear and with the bonus grabs the outer rail next to the #27. Brandt runs the green line at 140 for free before moving to the inner rail.

Marvin follows the #32 through the green line at 140 and with the bonus grabs the tailpipe on the Menard Chevy.

Swaine, at 160, drops a wear on the Nordkurve green line. He sits on the wing of the #78. Long, at 140 and the slip, stays on the green line for free.

Snouffer clips a tire on the big green line and has the bumper of the green Toyota.

Ling has initiative at 140 and runs into Nordkurve on the green line. Beckman takes the outer red line for free at 120 and the bonus space.

Harrington gets initiative at 140. He pulls into Nordkurve on the outer rail with the extra space. Rando, at 100 and the slip. grabs the inner line for Nordkurve.

Tatum is enjoying the clean air in the back at 100.
