The lights go green and seven drivers push their engines. All are successful.

Turn 1 summary:
Both front row starters push to 120, Tatum (modified 5) choosing the middle lane while Ling (modified 4) grabs the racing line. Welage also pushes to 120 (modified 5) and opts for the wing of the pink car. Miller keeps his mechanic happy at 100, finishing behind Welage and still able to grab the line next turn.

Incorpora uses one of his two x3 chips to get to 80 (modified 1) and keeps to the inside. Hancock plots his start speed of 60 and falls in behind Incorpora. Mossman drops two skill to get to 80 (modified 4) and pulls even with the silver car. Linneberg does 60 falling in line behind Hancock.

Bauska uses (wastes?) two skill to jump out to 120 (modified 0) and picks up three positions to 6th. Rando repeats Bauska's roll with two skill of his own (modified 0) and ducks inside at 40. Kennington and Blizzard both keep within their car's capabilities at 60 making it three wide at the rear.

More than half of the field change positions as the jockeying continues

Turn 2 summary:
Tatum takes Curva 1 at 160 around the 120s, shedding two wear and getting a clear lead. Ling takes the racing line at 140 and sits on Tatum's wing in Curva 2. Welage gets a slip and adds two wear to the deal around the 120s at 160 to grab P2. Miller gets a slip from Welage and takes the racing line for free.

Bauska gets the jump at 140 and covers the Curva 1 line for free. Incorpora maxes his acceleration to 120 and runs the line behind the yellow machine. Mossman's 140 gives him the initiative and he drops one wear around the 120s, picking up a slip and two spots. Hancock gets all his engine has at 120 and hangs on to Incorpora on the line.

Linneberg at 120 makes the racing line the place to be this turn. Kennington comes out of the three wide first at 140 with a two skill acceleration roll (modified 5) and takes the last racing line space. Blizzard is also at 140 after a one skill acceleration roll (modified 1) but with Kennington on the line he opts for the inside. Rando puts two skill to his accelerator (modified 4) and does his best to keep in touch with the cars in front of him.

Three packs form but only one position changes.

Turn 3 summary:
Tatum throws one skill to the brakes (modified 5) to get down to 100, dropping two wear in the 60s. Welage sheds two wear in the 80s at 120. Ling leaves one wear point in the 80s at 100, holding on to Welage's tailpipe. Miller takes a cautious 100 move around the outside then drops back to the inside.

Bauska comes out of Curva 1 at 140 and slides up beside the orange racecar. Mossman also plots 140 but with Miller and Bauska side-by-side has to round the outside of Curva 2. Incorpora finishes the racing line at 140 and also is forced around the outside, finishing next to Mossman. Hancock also plays it safe staying at 120 to finish the Curva 1 line and keeping inside.

Linneberg takes the racing line at a safe 140 and gets pushed outside in Curva 2 by Hancock. Blizzard sheds one wear in the 100s at 120 keeping 2 lengths back from Hancock. Kennington takes the racing line at 140 and, with the slip from Linneberg, is able to move in front of Blizzard into P10 and the last point position. Rando does 140 but takes the 120s, forsaking the racing line in favor of a slip position.

Turn 4 summary:
Tatum slows to 80 and rounds Curva VIP in the 60s, shedding one wear to clear the corner. Welage dives inside the corner at 80, dropping two wear and also clearing the corner. Bauska slows to 80 taking the 80s for free. Mossman attacks the corner at 100 around the 60s, dropping two wear and passing Bauska for P5. Incorpora wants 100 around the corner but things are blocked so he brakes with wear and takes the 80s for free behind the yellow machine. Hancock shoots into the 60s at 100 leaving two wear behind.

Linneberg slows to 100 and approaches the corner on the inside. Kennington also at 100 slides up along side Linneberg. Blizzard follows suit with 100 and finishes inside. Rando slows slightly to 120 to make the corner approach 2x2.

Rando gets the initiative on the back line with an 80, taking the outside at speed. Blizzard slows to 60 around the inside for free to hold on to P11.

Turn 6 summary:
Tatum continues to scrub rubber off his tires as he hits the Parabolica Interior 80s at 120. Welage follows suit with a charge into the 60s at 100 for two wear. Mossman runs the inside at 100, scrubbing off two wear and clearing the corner. Incorpora starts the 80s at 120 knocking down two wear. Hancock maxes his acceleration to 140, keeping to the inside.

Kennington is able to reach 160, catching the silver car. Linneberg does his max of 140 and chooses to finish behind Kennington. Rando asks his engine for a little extra acceleration (one skill / modified 9) and with a slip from Kennington finishes inside of Linneberg and into the last points position. Blizzard comes off Curva VIP at 140 to finish two lengths behind the group in front of him.

A lot of wear spent, but only one position change.
(Note: Orelha, pronounced "oh RAYL ya", is Portuguese for ear)

Turn 8 summary:
Tatum rounds Orelha on the inside dropping one wear at 80. Welage does the same thing to keep on the leader's tail. Ling approaches the Ear on the inside at 100, temporarily closing the gap with Welage. Mossman runs the short straight at 100 and finishes behind Ling.

Bauska exits the Parabolika Interior at 120, wear already paid, and pulls even with Mossman. Miller plots 120 but with the two in front of him side-by-side he locks up the brakes to get down to 100, scraping off one wear. Incorpora has paid for 120 so he maintains, bringing the lead queue to six. Hancock holds 140 to begin, then brakes to 120 for one wear and takes the outside of the corner for two more wear.

Kennington runs into the corner at 100 shedding one wear in the 80s. Rando does 100 and gets a slip from Hancock allowing him to run the 80s only scrubbing off one wear. Linneberg's 100 move takes him into the outside lane at a cost of one wear. Likewise, Blizzard spends one wear in the 80s at 100.

Ling takes the Esses line at 120 dropping one wear and catching Welage's wing. Bauska saves wear on the Esses line at 100.

Turn 12 summary:
Tatum runs the straightaway at 160. Welage also at 160 uses a slip to pull even with Tatum. Ling tops out at 140 and also gets a slip but loses touch with the two leaders. Bauska also tops out at 140 and his slip keeps him on Ling's tail.

Turn 13 summary:
Tatum runs the Curva 1 line at 140 for free. Welage slows to 120 and takes the outside of the corner for free, keeping on Tatum's wing. Ling keeps the pedal down at 140 around the line. Bauska also holds his speed at 140 but is forced out into the 120s for one wear.

Incorpora reaches his top speed of 160 and finishes with the option for next turn. Miller grabs high gear and puts a length on Mossman who doesn't have quite the speed to keep up but settles in behind. Kennington goes for 180 with a naked 5 roll moving into P8 and above the cut-off.

Hancock is Kennington's victim as he hits the line at 160 but drops to P9. Rando comes out of the Parabolica at 160 and hold station behind the silver machine. Blizzard finishes at 120 and dives inside. Linneberg at 100 loses a car length to Blizzard.
