Turn 23

A new leader, and Mike looks like Woody riding on RC and the end of Toy Story!

Chris pushes his engine to 180 and crosses the S/F to begin lap 3
Tim lets Chris roll but is surprised that he cannot keep contact with 140mph
Jeff comes around the Parabolica, speeding up to 120
Jim finishes Parabolica at 100
Cody pulls around the curve at 140 and scraping off 2W, sliding in front of Jim
Marshall orders 120 and takes position behind Jim with a 1W usage
Will also orders 120 (1W) and follows tight behind Marshall while getting pulled along from Cody's slipstream for the extra space
Fabio continues his 120 and spend the wear in Parabolica to make contact with Marshall
Mike screams "Cry Havoc!!!" and slams the pedal down, jetting up to 140 through the Esses (R/L) and Parabolica with a 2W penalty each. He sits behind Fabio and is ready to move up quite a few positions!
Doug speeds along at 120 along the R/L in utter amazement...

Turn 24

The front stretch brings some high speeds, and a dangerously close roll!

Chris extends his lead through the Curva 1, and cruises the R/L at 160 for 1W
Tim takes the R/L at 140 and will enter Curva 1 next turn
Jeff flies along the front stretch and crosses the S/F line at 160
Cody does the same as Jeff and crosses the S/F at 160
Jim gets a slip from the purple flash and with his ordered 140 maintains contact with Cody
Will pushes his engine with 1S to 180, and the engine whines hard as Will just backs off the throttle enough to keep the engine in one piece! (Modified 9 !!! Safe!)
Marshall calls for the completion of Parabolica at 140 opting inside
Fabio finishes the corner at 120 hugging the corner
Mike takes his car through the corner at 160 and sits in the middle lane to avoid giving a slip next turn
Doug cruises Parabolica in one turn with a 2W 140

Turn 25 due Friday at 4PM Pacific or earlier if all orders are in.

Turn 25

Everyone is on the last lap of the season!

Chris extends his lead with an ordered 160
Tim cruise at 140 along the R/L, as does Jeff
Cody and Will both speed through Curva 1, but the initiative lies with Cody, and he gets the R/L for 1W, and Will takes the outside for 2W
Jim gets the slip at 140 and the R/L
Marshall bides his time at 140, and he sits on the line
Mike punches it again, and tests his top speed at 180 (naked 8) and preps for Curva 1
Fabio saunters along at 160
Doug pushes his top speed with 2S (modified 6) to 160

Turn 26 due Monday at 4PM or earlier if all orders are received

(I will reduce Doug's skill tomorrow)

Turn 26

A big bunch up between Curva 2 and Curva 3. Do we have a breakaway?

Chris speeds through Curva 3 and into Curva VIP at 100 for 3W. His tires have no more tread
Tim spends 2W on the inside of Curva 3 at 100 making up a space
Jeff cuts to the inside at 140, preparing for Curva 3
Will keeps up the pressure with 160mph, and pulls to the outside lane
Cody sits back at 140 and follows behind Jeff
Jim takes the R/L at 140 and lines up behind Cody
Mike spends 2W at 160 through Curva 1 in the 120s and eyes the leaders as he makes contact
Marshall, Fabio and Doug all take the R/L though Curva 1 at 140, but Fabio wins the "Lucky Slip award" and pulls next to Marshall

I updated Will's 2W missed from last turn, and Doug's skill also.
Turn 27 due Wednesday at 4PM Pacific (18APR)

Turn 28 due Friday, but I will be at Men's retreat with our church. I am unsure about internet access. I leave mid day on Thursday, and will adjudicate Friday's orders before I go to maintain pace with the other circuits. I will try, but will not press if I do not have all orders. We have been doing VERY well on that front, and you are to all be congratulated!

Turn 27

A great deal of tread left on the pavement!

Chris continues his 100 out of VIP
Tim spends 2W at 100 in VIP in the 60s
Jeff spends 4W on two corners in the 60s by speeding around at 100
Will follows along at 100 but only spends 3W by taking the 80 lane in Curva 3 and 60s in VIP
Cody spends 1W through the 80s at 100mph
Jim takes the 60s at 100 and expends 2W
Mike also spends 2W at the 80s with 120mph, but no slip given
Marshall and Fabio travel side by side at 100
Doug continues his R/L and 140mph

Turn 28 is due Friday at 4PM Pacific. I will be gone at the Men's retreat for my church, but hope to get this done then. If not possible I will do it Sat. night.

Turn 29

Has Chris broken away? Can Tim catch him? Can Tim even hold off Jeff?

Chris rolls around Parabolica at 80 after spending 2S to overbrake, and rolls a 6 keeping his brakes safe.
Tim spends 2W on the outside at 120 in the 80s
Jeff flies along at 140
Will does the same but gets the slip
Cody foregoes the slip and revs to 160
Mike speeds up to 160 but gets the slip to pull alongside Cody
Jim settles behind Cody with his patient 140
Marshall continues his 100
Fabio's engine roars to 120, and he spends 2W and his 3S chip. He rolls a 6 and just barely keeps it straight.
Doug spends 2W and cuts the inside lane at 80

Turn 30

Dice flying everywhere! Smoke and a spin!

Chris preps for Orelha at 120
Tim continues his 120 and paces the leader
Jeff brakes to 80 (Naked 9) and starts a log jam of Parabolica on the inside lane 80 space
Will slows to 80 also and sits outside
Cody and Mike both call to force pass through the 60s for 2W
- Cody sees an opening, pushes to the outside and the door closes. He has nowhere to go, and spins! (Force pass = 12)
- Mike makes the same move, and sees Cody spin in front of him and is able to slam on the brakes (Brake check = 4), 1W brake wear as he cuts to the right lane!
Jim spends 1W with his 100 and sits behind a sweating Mike
Fabio speeds up to 160
Marshall choose to not push his engine to keep up with Fabio and fall behind the Italian
Doug pushes his engine (naked 5) and pulls alongside Marshall at 140 with the slip

Turn 31 due Friday at 4PM Pacific or earlier if all orders are received.

I have delayed the Turn 31 Adjudication for two reasons.

1.) Fabio was incorrectly placed on the inside, and not the middle
2.) A discussion came up regarding the force pass adjudication of Mike. Kal made a determination that affected the Wear of Mike and Jim's possible position. Mike should be at 3W

Turn 31 due Monday at 4PM. If all orders are in (please re-confirm), I will adjudicate this weekend and try to keep on track.

Please confirm if you are in for Season 5.

Turn 31

5 rolls for late braking... Not lucky for everyone...

Chris rolls around Orelha at 60
Tim slows to 80 and late brakes to 60 before the corner, failing with a 10. His right brake caliper grabs and does not immediately release causing the spin and brake damage!
Jeff and Will both order 140 and brake to 120 (Naked 9 and 5 respectively) to pull up alongside and behind Tim's sideways car. Will had to expend another wear to avoid colliding with the spun car
Cody comes out of his spin at 60
Mike speeds up to 100 and puts distance on the purple car
Jim continues his 80 and pulls alongside Cody
Fabio revs his engine to 120 and spends the 2W around the Parabolica, but has to late brake (Naked 6) to avoid rear ending Cody
Marshall orders 80 on the inside, spending 1W
Doug also orders 80, but gets the slip and pulls around Parabolica

Turn 32 orders due Wednesday at 4PM Pacific, but I can adjudicate tomorrow(32) and Wed(33) if that works for everyone. I want to get back on track with the other circuits. That last turn was a doozy!

Turn 32

Orelha packs 'em in tight!

Chris takes it easy at 100 and grabs the line
Tim gathers his wits and gets his car straight and speeds to 40
Jeff spends 2W at 100 around the outside and flashes past Tim
Will, at 80, spends 1W, but can make the gap between Tim and Jeff on the inside and tucks between those two
Mike spends 1W at 80 and comes alongside the slowly accelerating Tim
Cody orders 100 and late brakes before the corner to 80, blocking the inside
Jim takes his car to the outside at 100 for 2W
Fabio, Marshall and Doug all order 100 to fill in behind Cody and Jim

Turn 33 due Wednesday at 4PM Pacific. We will be back on schedule then. Good job folks!
