Even before the USA had troops in Europe, the War was causing troubles at home: the Green Corn Rebellion was a draft riot in Oklahoma, the Houston Riot of 1917 involved black soldiers reassigned to Houston who rebelled against Jim Crow and the abuse they received from locals. Hundreds were arrested in Oklahoma, 19 were executed in Houston, and 41 were imprisoned for life. But don't worry, I'm sure once the USA actually started fighting things would get better, right?

Russia had a retreat. Since there was only one option, I took the liberty of retreating the unit. If you'd rather retreat off the board Russia, please let me know. Otherwise, your Fall 1902 orders are due on Friday Oct 20 at 900pm Eastern time.
