Claudio shuts the door on Christina's challenge in Samson as they continue ahead of the pack.

Turn 25 has a deadline of Monday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 24 Summary

Claudio breaks down to 80 at Samson, shutting the door on Christina who run the corner at 100 and is forced to the outside.

The front pack runs through D132. Chris Brandt keeps his speed up at 100 as he muscles his car through the corner, passing Rob who elects to go easy at 80. Mario slides up along side him after going 100 and Pepe slides in behind having also going 100 while smoking his tires a bit closing on the corner.

Chris Brown and Joshua mirror each other as they roll down the straight at 140, while Jack uses his big engine to keep ahead of Tony going 140, while Tony goes 120 and pulls up behind him.

Claudio extends his lead as the field starts to string out.

Turn 26 has a deadline of Wednesday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 25 summary

Claudio ratchets up to 140 and stretches his lead out to 3 car lengths!

Christina finishes the corner at 100 as she tries to keep up.

Chris Brandt exits Samson at 100 with Mario tailing him at the same speed.

Rob navigates the corner at 80, and watches Pepe race into the corner with his tires squealing as he pulls along the outside of him at 120.

Chris Brown runs D132 at 100. Joshua asks for his breaks to be nice and hammers it down to 80(4 Modified 6) before manuvering through and sliding in behind Chris. He is quickly met on the outside by Jack, who barrels through D132 at 120.

Tony casually rolls into D132 at 80.

Chris Brandt makes a pass for 2nd as most of the feild rolls through the backstretch.

Turn 28 had a deadline of Monday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 27

Claudio rolls through the middle line of the corner at 140, conserving his tires.

Keeping up his pace, Chris Brandt races along the outside of Gresil at 160 and pulls ahead of Christina. Christina enters the corner as well at 140 pulling along the inside.

Mario uses Christina slip to carry up to the corner at 120. He lines up for the corner at Christina's tail.

The sudden drop in speed causes Pepe to swerve to avoid Mario and break slip, leaving him to end up still trailing Mario at 140.

Rob goes 160 and pulls alongside Pepe.

Jack, Chris Brown and Joshua move in formation at 160 down the backstretch.

Tony rolls through Samson at 100 rubbing on his tires a little.

Claudio sets up for La Scierie as the rest of the feild works they way through Gresil.

Turn 29 has a deadline of Wendesday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 28

Claudio races down the straight twoards La Scierie at full speed 180!

Chris Brandt finished the corner at 160 and pulls to the inside, Christina finished the corner along the inside and pulls in behind him on the straight.

Mario rolls through the outside of the corner at 140, and is met on the outside by Rob who blazes through Gresil at 160. The move also shuts the door on Pepe who had attempted to slip off Mario at 140, and must resign to pulling in behind Rob.

Jack and Chris Brown dart into Gresil at 160, with Jack taking the tighter line to gain a nose length advantage.

Tony continues down the long straight at 120.

Claudio Slings it through La Scierie as the field begins to string out for slips

A brief notice, once the field has started on it's third and final lap, I will be sending out a confirmation email for race two, with a map of the next course, Casetellet, France, or as many in the sport know it as: Circuit Paul Richard

Turn 30 has a deadline of Friday at 11pm Eastern

Turn 29

Claudio rolls through La Scierie at 140 as he wears on his tires to hold his lead.

Chris Brandt rolls up to the corner at 140 and is matched on the outside by Christina who uses her slipstream to reach his side at 140.

Mario powers out of the corner at 180 to catch up with the group, pulling up to Christina's tail. Rob follows him out of the corner at 160 and pulls up behind him.

Pepe finishes the corner at 140 and pulls down the straight on the inside.

Jack and Chris Brown finish their runs through Gresil at 160, and come down the straight nose to tail with Jack ahead. Joshua follows the two through and pulls up behind Chris.

Tony goes 160 and prepares to run Gresil.

Claudio casually rolls through Paradis as the groups rebunch.

Turn 31 has a deadline of Monday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 30

Claudio casually rolls through the corner at 120 and sets up to lead the field to the line for the final lap!

Christina out muscles Chris Brandt into the corner at 140 and rolls through La Scierie, ending the middle. Letting her go, Chris decides to stick to his inside line at 100.

Mario follows Christina's lead and powers into the corner at 140, and pulls up behind Christina for the slip opportunity entering Paradis.

Rob uses the slip off Mario to safely run the corner at 120 and pull up behind Chris Brandt.

Pepe takes the safe line running La Scierie through the middle at 120.

Jack pushes his tires a little as he goes 140 and pulls up behind Pepe in the corner.

Chris Brown slips off Jack and sets for the corner at 120, while Joshua pulls to his outside after powering down the straightaway at 160.

Tony tries to catch back up to the field a bit by wrenching his car through the inside of Gresil at 160.

Claudio blitzes down the front straight to begin the final lap as drag races form through the twin corners.

I will be home late likely Wendesday so it will have a deadline of 11:30pm Eastern

Turn 32

Claudio pushes his engine for all it's got as he goes 180 down the front straight and begins the third and final lap!

Christina keeps up 140 through Paradis and burns tire as she weaves through the middle and pulls inside. Mario also goes 140 and uses the slip off Christina to pull up aside.

Chris Brandt lets the two go as he eases through the corner at 120 and sets up for the next. Rob also goes 120 and uses the slip off Chris to pull to his outside.

Pepe finishes the corner at 120, and is edged to the outside by Jack who finishes the corner at 140.
Joshua wins the race through La Scrierie and rolls through the corner at 140 scrubbing off a little rubber. Chris Brown takes it easier and lines up behind him in slipstream.

Tony races down the straight at 160 setting up for La Scierie.

Claudio sets up for D938 as the field works past the start/finish line.

Turn 33 Deadline is 11:00pm Eastern on Friday

Turn 32

Claudio rides his way up to D938 at 140 as he sets for the corner.

Mario cranks it up to full speed and blows past Christina at 180, who seems to be having some issue with the car as she suddenly slides outside at 140(NPR).

Chris Brandt takes the oppertunity and his super engine to run inside of Christina at 180, gaining the advantage for the next turn.

Pepe and Jack run through Paradis at 120 and 100, Jack letting Pepe through first before sliding back to the outside as they come out on the main straight.

Joshua goes 120 through Paradis and uses the slipstream of Pepe to pull along 3 wide without wearing on the tires.

Chris Brown elects to break his slip with Joshua and dive inside in the corner to take the slip of Pepe.

Tony works his way through La Scierie at 120.

Claudio rolls out of D938 as one group bunches and the other puts their engines to the test!

PS. Running in the congress of gamers game tommarow. I expect Mike will have a report but might give one as well ^^

Turn 34 Deadline is 9pm Eastern on Monday

Turn 33

Claudio weaves though D938 easily through the inside at 100.

Attempting to close the gap on Claudio, Mario spends a little tire and rolls into the corner at 140.

Regathering herself, Christina pulls through the outside of the first bend and outraces Chris Brandt to the corner at 160, leaving Chris to move to the middle at 140. Rob decides to avoid the slip and pulls to their outside at 160, setting up a 3 wide run into the corner.

Joshua seeing an oppertunity tries to get everything he can get out of his car. With quick thinking and swift shifting, he presses his car to the limits and get a good answer as he flies ahead of the other two down the inside of the bend at 200!(Acc 7 Modified 8, Top Naked 2). Jack forces his into it's high revs as well and dives in behind Joshua at 180(4 Modified 6). Pepe doesn't press his engine as hard and pulls in behind Jack at 160.

Chris Brown uses the slip of Pepe to get a side pull at 160.

Tony completes Paradis through the middle at 120

Claudio eases it through Six Ferens as the chasing pack sorts itself out.

Turn 35 Deadline is 11pm on Wendesday

Turn 34

Claudio runs the outside of Six Ferens at 120 as he sets up for the Hairpin.

Mario slows to 120 to complete the corner without overshooting into Six Ferens.

Rob, Chris Brandt, and Christina sort themselves out as they go through D938 at 160, 140, and 120, each taking the middle lane. Rob pulls alongside Mario for the next corner as Chris and Christina pull up nose to tail behind.

Joshua D938 at 160, with Jack using the slip on him to carry into the corner at 140 and keep on Joshua's tail. Chris Brown follows that up with a 160 and pulls in behind Jack as well.

Pepe eases up to the corner at 120, putting a little umph into his breaks(6 Modified 7), and pulls to the inside as he sets up for the corner.

Tony rolls down the frontstretch and accross the start/finish line at 160 to begin his third lap.

Claudio sets up for Nouveau Monde as the majority of the field works through Six Ferens

Claudio races up to the Hairpin at 140, hanging to the outside.

Rob gives way to Mario as the two navigate Six Ferens at 120 before rolling out and pulling back up aside.

Chris Brandt take the inside lane through Six Ferens at 100 and pulls in behind Mario on the inside of on the straight leading into Nouveau Monde.

Christina navigates the wide way around Six Ferens at 120 and ends up on Chris Brandt's tail at the end of the turn.

Joshua pounds his way out of D938 and into Six Ferens at 140 and pulls up behind Christina

Jack maintains his 120 out of D938 and into the outside of Six Ferens.

Chris Brown does the same, but pulls inside on the straight leading up to it.

Pepe takes the middle of D938 at 120 and ends inside on setup for Six Ferens

Tony blazes down the main straight at 160 as he sets up for D938

Apologizes on the delays and all. We should be back on track Monday!

Claudio rolls through the Hairpin as the middle of the pack crowds it's entrance!

Turn 37 is due Monday at 11:59pm Eastern.

Turn 36

Claudio rolls through the outside of the hairpin at 100 straining his tires to make it through.

Mario and Rob drag race up to the hairpin, with Mario's slight edge giving him the inside.

Chris Brandt powers up to the corner at 120 and pulls out along the outside of the two.

Christina piggybacks off Chris Brandt at 100 is able to reach up to just before the corner, pulling in behind Mario.

Joshua uses his momentum from the last corner to go 140 and slide into the group outside of Christina.

Jack finishes Six Ferens at 120 and works his way down the striaght.

Chris Brown runs Six Ferens at 100 along the inside, and pulls in behind Jack.

Pepe safely takes Six Ferens along the outside at 120
