And we are off to the Races!

Turn 2 is due Friday at 9pm Eastern!

Turn 1 summary:

As the 5 lights go out, the drivers are off to the races! Christina is able to expertly time the clutch to get an extra burst of speed, and is able to shoot ahead of Claudio as they pass through turn 1.

Behind them the field bunches up as they approach the corner as Pepe and Mario are able to get a little extra kick out of their engines and Tony finds himself on the outside. In the row behind them Chris Brandt pulls down the inside while Robert uses his powerful launch setup to gain two spots and pull down the middle beside him. Chris Brown and Jack make up the line behind Chris Brandt, while with a minor kick Joshua gets his engine rolling.

irst apologies for the delay...Board Gaming. I will likely set Friday to a later deadline for the future.

The leaders begin to break away as the field bunches up behind them!

Also it seems I miss numbered my turns so lets fix that!

Turn 4 is due Monday at 9pm Eastern!

Turn 3 Summary

Christina and Claudio keep up their fervent pace as the two burn rubber through the corner ahead of the rest of the field, each burning heavy wear as they roll their lines.

Behind them, The field becomes tighter, as the original row of three still tussle on the approach to D983. Tony is able to use his extra speed to gain inside advantage on the other two, but the three have reached the entry to the corner all the same.

This wall of cars is not what Rob was hoping to see, and tire smoke is seen spewing as he has to slam on the breaks to avoid smashing his wing into Tony's rears, as both Chris' funnel into the corner with him, leading up to another three wide run down into what could very well be a space too small!

Jack pulls up behind Rob with the second pack as he prepares for the corner and the choas as well, and Josh it seems to have had a minor moment of confusion and only increases speed slightly(NPR #1)

And so the pack works it's way through D938 and finds itself 2 by 2 going into Six Fereres...

Turn 5 Due Wednesday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 4 Summary

Christina chews up pavement and tires as she wresetles the car through Six Fereres and is able to gain a minor gap on Claudio behind her, who rolls into the corner with a little less push.

Behind them, the two rows of three have become 3 rows of 2 without any issue as Tony gives way to the hard charging Mario and Pepe. He is then joined at the side by Chris Brandt who's quick skills and a helpful slip from Mario allows him to slip under Rob for 6th! Rob after drifting wide in the corner lines up behind Tony with Chris Brown beside him, and Jack on his tail as part of him finishing the corner.

Meanwhile on the main straight, Joshua seems to have regathered himself and pushes the car to full throttle to re catch up with the pack.

(While not a huge thing with this race, I have added a live Driver Standings sheet. Color coding for such will likely be shown during race 3.)

And with some insane driving Robert leapfrogs much of the field as they continue to persue the leaders!

Turn 6 Due Friday at 11pm Eastern

Turn 5 Summary

Christina rolls the wide on the enterance of Nouveau Monde as she sets up for the apex. Claudio slides in behind her, possibly setting up for a upcoming pass for the lead.

As the Pack works it way through Six Ferens, the field begins to stagger its way out of the corner, when Rob pulls off some insane driving to push to the head of the group! Rolling deep into Six Ferens, Rob is able to dive under Tony and Chris Brandt, and force his way up front, pulling himself beside Pepe and into fourth. Mario and Chris fill out the row behind him, and Tony sits behind Chris on the inside. Jack then uses his slip to slide of the outside of Tony as well.

At the very back, Josh continues his recovery and he rolls through D938.

The leader roll through Nouveau Monde as the rest of the field bunches up to setup for it.

Turn 7 Due Monday at 11pm Eastern

Turn 6 Summary

Able to take the tight line through the corner, Christina is able to burn rubber and restretch her lead on Claudio, who took Nouveau Monde on the outside.

Behind them, Pepe and Rob drag race into a setup position for the upcoming corner, and Mario joins the group on the outside. Chris Brandt tries to use the slip to join as well but with no space, he breaks it off, and slides inside behind Pepe as he sets up for the corner himself.

Tony softly exists Six Ferens in setup for Nouveau Monde, which lets Chris Brown continue his momentum and pull up aside and for Jack to pull up behind him.

Joshua continues his work to catch up as he rolls through the outside of Six Ferens with good speed.

Oops I forgot to adjust my deadline back. Well I have everyone so will process. Also, please remember to check your car's stats when placing a move, and if you do plan to roll to submit how many skill you are using!

The leaders pound pavement as the main pack rolls through Nouveau Monde.

Turn 8 Due Wendesday at 9pm Eastern

With some swift power managerment, Christina is able to get some extra umph out of her engine and powers her way up to the lip of the next turn. Claudio shadows her at the same speed and preserves the gap he had on the leader.

At the corner, Rob, Mario and Pepe take Nouevau Monde three wide, with Rob and Pepe having advantage of the inside, letting them inch ahead of Mario as they leave. Behind them Chris Brandt slows for the corner and works his way tight around, end at the lip of the corner with Mario's rear wing ahead.

With the inside blocked, Tony and Chris Brown reach the corner with a challenge, to which Chris presses his luck. Keeping on the gas he deftly wrestles his car through the corner and puts himself to the outside of Chris Brandt. Being blocked on the inside, Tony settles to pull mid and slots himself wedged in a space behind both Chris and Chris.

Further back, Jack applies the break to setup to the corner, and Joshua lays on the gas as he is finally able to catch the back of the pack.

Alrighty due to me not reading track path properly, Mario is actually in the middle, not inside. This causes Rob's Force Pass action to trigger(Since Mario is now in the way of him going outside), which he succeeds using 2S. Updated Graphic here!

A bit of chaos mid pack as one of the drivers seems to have a minor hiccup as we roll along!

Turn 9 Due Friday at 11pm Eastern

Christina and Claudio burn rubber through D132 as the lead is kept stable between them as they work towards the fast part of the course.

Back in the main pack, a moment of confusion by Pepe has cause for some chaos. As he and Rob roll out of Nouveau Monde, Pepe seems to have missed an upshift as Rob takes off and sets up in the corner, while casually rolls down the main straight. Mario is able to take advantage of that, and thanks to a slip from Rob is able to blow by Pepe and pull up beside Rob on the approach to D132.

Exiting Nouveau, Chris is able to press his engine and use some expert shifting skills to accelerate up to speed and pull alongside Pepe. This unfortunately leaves Chris Brown with no room, who much slam on the breaks to not slam into the backs of the others.

At Nouveau Monde, Tony exits the corner the best he can, while Jack and Joshua work their way through it.

Drivers, please remember to keep track of what your car looks like, cause it's very likely I won't catch it until Adjunt time!

Turn 10 Due Monday at 9pm Eastern

Christina wrenches the car through Samson stressing it's tires, and extending her lead on Claudio to two car lengths as he works his way through the turn in a little softer of a fashion.

Behind them, the group rebunches as Rob and Mario navigate D132 and come down the short straight side by side, with Mario leaving some tire smoke as he tries to Late Break into the corner(Note, not an actual Late Break action). They are joined on the outside by Pepe who in regaining his composer flies through D132 with not much of a care. The two Chris' line up behind them, with Chris Brown pulling some of Pepe's fancy moves through the corner!

On the apporach to D132, The Jack and Joshua have caught up to Tony, and the three approach the corner in a line.

Sorry all, it seems I miss counted the number of spaces Chris Brandt moved. Going outside due to the block he would only be able to reach the end of the corner. He is the corrected graphic. Deadline is extended to Thursday Evening, unless I have all moves by tommarow at Adjunct time and a recheck from Chris.

Alrighty so everyone got it in so we run! Also going to a more conventional summary reporting

Turn 12 is due Friday at 11pm Eastern

Turn 11 Summary

Christina flies into the Gresil at 140, scrubbing a bit of her tires rubber to keep the line.
Claudio follows after her at 160 as he prepares for Gresil himself

Further back, the pack forms into a neat line as Pepe, Rob, and Mario move 160, 160, and 140 respectivly, before Chris Brandt cranks his engine to full potential coming out of Samson at 180 and races up alongside Rob.

Chris Brown completes his move out of Samson at 80, while Tony slides in for a slip behind him.

In the far pack, Joshua attempts to outrun Jack to the corner at 140, before he hammers on the breaks to make the corner safely, unfortunenlty as he hits them he can hear a grinding noise as it sounds like he broke something (12 Modified to 11) and has to smoke the tires to safely make the corner.

Watching Joshua roll off, Jack takes the corner a little easier as he rolls to the inside.

he Pack shifts as drivers take advantage of slipstreams...

Turn 13 is due Monday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 12 Summary

Christina continues working her way through Gresil at 140, extending her lead, as Claudio takes the corner wide to save tires.

Back in the front pack, Pepe powers into the outside of Gresil at 160 wearing on his tires.
Rob uses his draft on Pepe to out race Chris Brandt to the corner at 140, and goes wide, keeping the Renault in striking distance. Chris on the other hand with no slip of his own also goes 140 and settles to set up for Gresil on the inside.

Mario goes 140 and uses his slip from Rob to pull alongside Chris Brandt on the Roll up to the corner.

Coming out of Samson, Chris Brown rolls down the straightaway at 140. Tony anticipating this, also goes 140, and uses the slip to pull along side him.

Joshua powers down the straight at his cars full potential of 180, but unfortunently sees himself closing on Chris and Tony and deftly takes the corner wide, pulling himself behind Chris Brown for the upcoming turn.

Jack exits Samson at 160 and ends in slip of Joshua.

The fight for the lead begins to heat up as cars start the run down to La Scierie.

Turn 14 is due Wendesday at 9pm Eastern

Turn 13 Summary

Using his engine to it's fullest potential, Claudio pounds down the straightaway twoards La Scierie and closes on Christina who went 140 to be within slip stream as they approach the corner.

In the front pack, Pepe and Rob complete Gresil at 140 and 160 respectivley, giving Pepe for the moment a 1 space cushion. That cushion however quickly dissapears, as Mario pushes his engine and tires and rolls through Gresil at 180 before sliding in between Rob and Pepe on the inside of the straight.

Chris Brandt not seeing any easy way to tag up with people for the upcoming straight, elects to conserve his tires and go outside at 140.

In the rear pack, Tony and Chris Brown drag race into Gresil at 160, with Tony gaining the edge as he elects to burn more rubber and takes the corner tighter than Chris. Joshua uses Chris' slip to pull into Gresil behind him, and Jack uses Josh's slip to a boost up to the corner's edge.
