Mexico would like to propose an amendment to the UK inspired international ban on nuclear weapons.

Since some nations contest the legitimacy of the ban, and since any nation may be the subject of an unwarranted and foul conventional attack, Mexico proposes nukes are cool so long as a city doesn't get destroyed.

This way nukes can be used for peace.

They're climbing in your window and snatching your people up. Hide your kids, hide your wife, and hide your husbands, because they nuking everybody out here!
